This will set you up to remain anonymous and be able to check the status or how the issue was resolved. You can also Submit the Ethics Form without an account; however, you will not be able to track the response or status of your concerns.

You can also use the "Report Fraud & Abuse" Hotline (512) 385-0371 or fax (512) 389-7559 that goes directly to the Capital Metro Ethics Officer. It will allow you to remain anonymous if you choose to just leave a message with your concerns regarding potential fraud, abuse, and/or other ethical violations..
