- May and June Minutes were tabled, not a quorum. Recognition and appreciation for Thomas Gunther was tabled to a future meeting.

King Kaul and Robert Okamoto, CMTA Facilities Design and Construction Department, made their presentations to the Committee. King Kaul presented the new park and ride facilities that are planned for Leander. Robert Okamoto presented the park and ride facilities that are planned for North IH 35.
The projected groundbreaking date for the Leander facility is August 25th, 2004. The facility will have more parking spaces than the Northwest Park and Ride. Mr. Kaul provided the following information about the Leander P&R facility.
