- Meeting was called to order by Rene' Barrera and followed by introduction of members and CMTA staff.

- Greyhound Bus Terminal Service - Roberto Gonzales. Bus services for Sunday evening routes at the Highland Mall stops after 8:30pm. The bus station is north of US 290 and west of IH 35, southeast of Highland Mall. North of the mall is the North Lamar Transit Center. The Greyhound Transit Center can pick up the routes after 8:30pm and shut down at 10pm. There are two buses that have their routes around Highland Mall and it shuts down after 10pm. Buses arrive 10-20 minutes apart between 8:30-9:30pm.

- Lakeline was removed off property
- Highland Mall was removed off property
- Discussion on the Hotel and Convention Center and how they work with Capital Metro for special events with the extra bus routes. This is in the process of being finalized.

- Southeast routes (Woodward area, by St Ed's University and Dove Springs
- North - UT area (Shuttle stops and relocation due to construction)
- Cameron Road area
QUESTION - Find out how many people ride these buses at those times? It was noted that these buses have 40-50 customers during this time frame.
QUESTION - Would customer relations, c/o Barbara Chavis visit with Greyhound management and see if they would be interested in housing a CMTA bus information kiosk?
