Customer Satisfaction Advisory Committee

The mission of the Customer Satisfaction Advisory Committee is to assist Capital Metro in developing and maintaining a transit system that is convenient, dependable and practical by providing advice and recommendations on planning, operations, services and all other matters of concern to customers. CSAC is comprised of 12 to 18 members who are primarily transit customers appointed by the Capital Metro Board of Directors.

Meeting Patterns and Descriptions:

2008 CSAC Meeting Schedule:
The CSAC meeting schedule has changed due to availability of meeting space.  CSAC will meet on the second Wednesday of every month from 6:00 - 7:30 PM unless otherwise noted.  Meetings will be held at Austin City Hall, Room # 1029, 301 W. Second Street.

Meeting notices will also be posted on www.capmetro.org

Please call in advance on bad weather days and the holiday season as schedules may vary and meetings may be cancelled or delayed.  You can also visit www.capmetro.org for additional information.
