- Notice for Free Fares Customers: Effective January 1, 2009, seniors, Medicare Card Holders and Capital Metro certified people with disabilities are required to have a valid Capital Metro issued ID in order to ride free. The Capital Metro ID card can be purchased at the Capital Metro Transit Store.
