Public Involvement
Customer input is a cornerstone of ServicePlan2020. Throughout the study, Capital Metro sought feedback and participation from riders, neighborhoods, businesses, and organizations. The community was also represented on two citizen advisory groups that worked through various components of the project. The Technical Advisory Committee was made up of representatives from allied transportation entities, and the Community Advisory Committee was comprised of riders and community groups who have a key stake in public transportation.
