CapMetro App “Data Error Message” for Android Devices

The CapMetro App is temporarily displaying error messages for some of our customers using Android devices. Until we correct that issue, please follow these steps to be able to use tickets you've previously purchased:

  • Log out of your device.
  • Wait a minute and then log back in.
  • Tap the 3-line menu in the left-hand corner of the screen.
  • Tap More.
  • Tap Ticket Storage and the ticket should show "Saved to the cloud."
  • Tap the icon to the right of the ticket to save it to the device.

NOTE: You may need to force close and reopen the app if the ticket won't display.
