Park and Ride

Park & Ride

The Central Texas region is big, and CapMetro is committed to making it easier for everyone to travel to congested areas. Our Park & Ride facilities allow you to transform a long, frustrating drive into a productive ride.

CapMetro's 16 Park & Rides and transit centers are tangible evidence of the way we take cars off the road. Park your car, hop on the train or bus and let other people worry about traffic congestion.* See available Park & Ride options by area below.

*Note: Please park only in designated CapMetro parking spaces and don't leave your car parked at our facilities overnight.

Using our Park & Rides:

The Project Connect System Plan includes an additional 24 ( including 9 outside of the service area) Park & Ride facilities that will allow residents of outlying parts of Austin and nearby cities to connect into downtown. They will include enhanced customer amenities to elevate the experience, including food vendors, charging stations for electric vehicles, Bikeshare rentals and bike racks, increased parking with security lighting and other transportation options.*
