CapMetro App Value Transfer Request Form

Complete the form below to request assistance moving your existing value in the CapMetro app to the new Umo Mobility app.

Physical cards and passes will need to be exchanged in-person at the CapMetro Transit Store. CapMetro staff will process your request in 3-5 business days. You must have an account in both the CapMetro app and Umo Mobility app prior to submitting this form.
