Using the CapMetro Reloadable Fare Card or the Umo app with Discounted Fares

The CapMetro Reloadable Fare Card and fare capping can be combined with discounted fares for qualified users.

To attach Reduced Fares, Equifare or CapMetro Access to your CapMetro Reloadable Fare Card or Umo account, you must provide one of the following:

CapMetro Reloadable Fare Card Number
You can find the card number on the back of your physical reloadable fare card underneath the bar code.
Umo username
You can find this in the Umo app by tapping the Menu > select View My Account > My Profile.

Provide Your CapMetro Reloadable Fare Card information

You must already be enrolled as a Reduced Fare, Equifare or CapMetro Access user BEFORE filling out this form. Not currently enrolled? Check your eligibility: CapMetro Access, Reduced Fare or Equifare.

We will process this form within 3-5 business days. After that, your discount will be reflected when using your CapMetro Reloadable Fare Card or Umo app.
