Customer Satisfaction Advisory Committee
The Customer Satisfaction Advisory Committee (CSAC) provides advice and recommendations on planning, operations, services and all other matters of concern to CapMetro customers. The Committee is comprised of 9 members who regularly use transit, and are appointed by the CapMetro board of directors upon recommendation of the CapMetro chief executive officer. You will assist CapMetro in developing and maintaining a transit system that is convenient, dependable and practical.
This committee meets the second Wednesday of every month at 6:00 p.m. unless otherwise noted in monthly announcements. Meetings are generally held online over Microsoft Teams.
